After seeing too many borrowers get lost in the process (passed between call centers, left without updates, and ultimately confused at the closing table), Tathiana decided to build something different. A mortgage brokerage where every client is known by name, not just a file number.

Born and raised in a bilingual household, Tathiana serves Florida's diverse communities in both English and Spanish, removing language barriers that often prevent families from accessing the homeownership advice they need.

Today, Dream Team Mortgage operates with both retail and wholesale divisions, serving individual homebuyers and partnering with mortgage brokers across the state. But the mission hasn't changed: personal service, constant communication, and a commitment to close on time.
